The purpose of this research is to establish a long time series of Shiraz through geometric analysis of Shiraz rain measurement stations, which has been displaced four times. The precipitation statistics of three old Shiraz stations (British Consulate, Moshir St. and Army III streets) were collected from a water company affiliated to the Water Organization during the period from 1302 to 1345. Since 1345, rainfall statistics are measured by two water and synoptic stations in Shiraz. The method used was that the geometric analysis criterion was considered for horizontal displacement up to a maximum of 5 km and a vertical displacement up to a maximum of 75 meters. In this case, the link between two series of times becomes meaningful. Two Ran and Mann-Whitney tests were performed for the time series. The results show that the statistics of the three old Shiraz stations can be considered as an interconnected time series because it meets the criterion of geometric analysis. Also, the statistics of the Water Organization Station can be linked to the statistics of the three old Shiraz stations and built the 90-year series of Shiraz during the period from 1302 to 1392. The Ran test showed that data was generated randomly. The Mann-Whitney nonparametric test was also used to determine the difference between the two old and new meanings of rainfall measurement and showed that there is no statistical difference between the two series.
