Article Processing Charges (APCs): Since the publisher (Meteorological Organization of Iran) supports all publication costs for the Nivar journal, the manuscript review fee and all other publication costs for the Nivar journal are free for authors.
Subscription Fees: The Nivar journal is published as a print-electronic, open-access journal; therefore, there are no subscription fees for the audience.
Open Access and Copyright Policies: Access to all articles in this journal is free and open, and the articles will be available on the journal’s website immediately after publication. The Nivar journal is published under the terms and criteria of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0). In this journal, and under the open-access license, authors retain all rights, including the copyright to their content, but they permit users to download, reuse, reprint, modify, distribute, and/or copy the content, provided proper citation is given to the authors and the journal. In this journal, the authors retain the copyright to the content of the articles.
