Reference Evapotranspiration is a complex and multivariate phenomenon that depends on climatic factors and most accurate way to estimate it is lysimeter but using Lysimeter requires a lot of time and money, hence the Evapotranspiration estimation is done by meteorological parameters and applying empirical models. These models have the coefficients that each coefficient is representative of regional conditions that equation is calibrated in that area. Nowadays Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) are being applied in several problems of water engineering where there is no clear relationship between effective parameters on the estimation of phenomenon. The purpose of this study was to evaluate Artificial Neural Networks and Experimental models in the estimation of evapotranspiration for Salman Farsi Agro-Industry. based on daily meteorological data and 3-years (March 2016 to March 2019) data from Lysimeter of the station, Evapotranspiration was calculated to above methods. The results of calculations showed that the Artificial Neural Network has better performance than all the empirical models, it has a RMSE, MAE and R2 respectively is equal to 1.25, 0.24 and 0.97 mm/day Also among the empirical models, the Penman-FAO-Monteith model with RMSE, MAE and R2 equal to 2.07 , 3.09 and 0.91 mm/day is a priority. Also, 10 scenarios were defined to evaluate the accuracy of the neural network model by reducing the climatic parameters.}, keywords = {evapotranspiration,Artificial Neural Networks,Lysimeter,Empirical Models}, title_fa = {برآورد تبخیر و تعرق با استفاده از مدل‌های تجربی، مدل‌سازی آن با شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و مقایسه آن-ها با داده‌های لایسیمتری (مطالعه موردی: کشت و صنعت نیشکر سلمان فارسی)}, abstract_fa = {تبخیر و تعرق یک پدیده چند متغیره و پیچیده است که به عوامل متعدد اقلیمی بستگی دارد و دقیق‌ترین روش برای برآورد آن، لایسیمتر است. اما استفاده از لایسیمتر، مستلزم وقت و هزینه زیادی است، از این رو تخمین تبخیر و تعرق با استفاده از پارامترهای هواشناسی و مدل‌های تجربی انجام می-گیرد. این مدل‌ها دارای ضرایبی هستند که معرف شرایط منطقه‌ای است که مدل در آن منطقه، واسنجی شده است؛ لذا کاربرد این مدل‌ها برای هر منطقه، نیاز به بررسی دارد. امروزه شبکه‌های عصبی مصنوعی کاربرد بسیاری در مسائل مختلف مهندسی آب که رابطه و الگوی مشخصی بین عوامل مؤثر بر وقوع یک پدیده وجود ندارد، پیدا کرده‌اند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی مدل شبکه عصبی و مدل‌های تجربی در برآورد تبخیر و تعرق گیاه با استفاده از داده‌های هواشناسی روزانه و داده‌های لایسیمتری 3 ساله (فروردین 1395 تا اسفند 1397)، برای کشت و صنعت نیشکر سلمان فارسی می‌باشد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی نسبت به مدل‌های تجربی به‌کار رفته، عملکرد مناسب‌تری داشته و دارای RMSE، MAE و R2 به ترتیب 125/0، 24/0 و 97/0 برابر میلی‌متر بر روز می‌باشد و همچنین در بین مدل‌های تجربی، مدل پنمن- فائو- مانتیث با RMSE، MAE و R2 به-ترتیب 07/2، 09/3 و 91/0 برابر میلی‌متر بر روز در اولویت قرار دارد. همچنین برای ارزیابی دقت مدل شبکه عصبی با کاهش پارامترهای اقلیمی 10 سناریو تعریف شد. نتایج نشان داد از میان تمامی متغیرهای هواشناسی، دمای حداکثر، دمای حداقل و سرعت باد اهمیت بیش‌تری در برآورد تبخیر و تعرق دارند.}, keywords_fa = {تبخیر و تعرق,شبکه عصبی مصنوعی,لایسیمتر,مدل‌های تجربی}, url = {https://nivar.irimo.ir/article_118396.html}, eprint = {https://nivar.irimo.ir/article_118396_9b1248d7283c5ddad2995cd13a983124.pdf} }
