Today, air pollution is one of the major issues facing the city due to the expanding population, the advancement of industries, and the methods of transportation. Tehran also faces this problem every year. The temperature parameter directly affects the secondary pollutant ozone, and the precursors of ozone are thought to play a significant role in the pollutant's formation. These precursors include CO, NO2 and VOC pollutants. In this research, these three pollutants have been simulated by WRF-Chem numerical model for two days with maximum ozone concentration. The model shows a high correlation of 97 percent for the temperature parameter on both days. In this research, sentinel-5p satellite data has been used and the outputs of WRF-Chem model have been compared with satellite data. CO pollutant accumulation can be seen in Tehran city itself, while NO2 pollutant accumulation can be seen in the southeastern part of Tehran province in addition to Tehran city itself. For the VOC pollutant, the accumulation is in the northeastern region of the province. For all three CO, NO2 and VOC pollutants, the pollutant hotspots are similar between the model and satellite images.
